Job Summary:The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective strategies for talent management, recruitment, and employee development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify talent gaps and opportunities for growth
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
