Main Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication.
  • Ensures all client objectives are met by coordinating and overseeing various tasks and projects.
  • Provides data analysis and reports as requested by clients, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for the client team, handling queries from employees, visitors, and contractors via telephone or email.
  • Coordinates and manages repair and maintenance work assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Responsible for conducting facilities inspections and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Delivers statutory and non-statutory work orders as assigned, closing reactive requests efficiently.
  • Coordinates and manages moves, adds, and change activities, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Obtains and reviews price quotes for procurement purposes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Coordinates and manages soft services, including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and catering, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manages capital projects, prepares budget reports, and tracks variances to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Conducts supplier surveys and tenders to optimize vendor performance and pricing.
  • Utilizes technology, such as work order systems and training platforms, to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software applications, such as work order systems and training platforms.
