We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our Medical Surgical team. The role involves overseeing client relations in the assigned territory of North Marmara.

This remote-based role reports to the National Sales Leader and involves developing a regional sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.

  • Drive indirect sales teams to detail Solventum solutions to Health Care Professionals with passion

  • Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the own sales plan

  • Manage the entire tender process, in close collaboration with Bid Office

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Clinical preferred)
  • Previous sales experience, at least 2 years, in medical device market
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms/dynamics
  • Value-selling skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good presentation and networking skills
  • English knowledge (intermediate spoken and written)
  • Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
  • Microsoft Office proficient, CRM Salesforce.com a plus
  • Current, valid Driver's License
