We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to assist our team in day-to-day tasks.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing office supplies and procurement processes.
- Supporting executives with calendar organization and administrative tasks.
- Ensuring efficient office operations.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Providing general administrative assistance.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Support Specialist.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in Turkish and basic proficiency in English.
