About the Role:

This Senior Account Executive position is responsible for driving revenue growth in Turkey by acquiring new business and collaborating with the regional sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify customer needs and connect them with Genesys solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work with partners, peers, and colleagues to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Develop New Opportunities: Lead generation with support from Marketing.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships within prospect and customer accounts.
  • Drive Innovation: Bring new ideas to the team and customers to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • CX Expertise: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Expertise: 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Cloud Sales experience with proven success.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Turkish and English.
  • Proactive Approach: Can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
  • Inclusion: Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in complex, consultative sales.
