Accountant Role in Bausch + Lomb

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a skilled accounting professional to join its Shared Services Center in Istanbul, focusing on financial operations in the Middle East and Africa.

This role will report to the Shared Services Center Accounting Manager and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting financial reporting across the region.

  • Serve as Concur Finance Approver for T&E processing and payments, assisting with technical issues as a super user.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card accounts and ensure timely payment processing.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable, and treasury management, as well as proficiency in Concur Finance, SAP, and NAV.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as Concur Finance Approver for T&E processing and payments, assisting with technical issues as a super user.
  2. Reconcile corporate credit card accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
  3. Handle AH Utilities payments and manage related transactions.
  4. Process monthly payroll and B2B reconciliation for direct and semi-direct employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial operations.
