About the Role

As the Turkiye Hospitality Leader, you will report directly to the Market Managing Director for TMEA. In this senior operations role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of our franchise hotels throughout Turkiye, nurturing key relationships with owners and stakeholders alike.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our system through property retention, development referrals, brand compliance training, and Wyndham Green Certification.
  • Drive business results by enhancing our Owner Value Proposition through brand engagement, quality assurance audits, guest feedback, accounts receivable management, and contribution growth.

In this influential role, you will liaise with key decision-makers at all levels, forging valuable relationships that will propel business results. With a high degree of autonomy, your insights and actions will significantly impact the organization.

Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive senior-level expertise in franchising and hotel management with deep knowledge of the hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience in areas such as hotel development, operations, or real estate advisory.
  • A solid track record in senior management, especially in multi-territory contexts, with direct P&L responsibility.
  • International and domestic hospitality experience, ideally with familiarity across multiple brands in regional or multi-unit roles.
  • Highly developed analytical and financial acumen.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership and people management.
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish.
