Cheese Master Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Cheese Master Artisan to join our culinary team in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will play a key role in crafting unique cheese selections that complement and elevate our global dishes. Responsibilities include:

• Cheese Production: Developing and experimenting with cheese recipes, creating small-batch cheeses, and monitoring the cheese-making process to ensure optimal quality.
• Collaboration: Working closely with chefs and culinary staff to understand menu needs and recommend cheese pairings for various dishes.
• Quality Control: Conducting sensory evaluations to assess the appearance, aroma, taste, and texture of cheeses, and identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and adapt them to create unique cheese varieties.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to crafting exceptional cheeses.
• Physical stamina for tasks involving lifting, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
