About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our vision of transforming lives through ABA services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatments that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

  • You will work closely with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and provide support to families.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Implementing behavioral plans designed by BCBAs, which may involve physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old.
  • Collecting data to monitor client progress and reporting findings to BCBAs.
  • Supporting BCBA-led training sessions for families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
