Job Description

This role involves working in a center-based setting as part of a treatment team. You will implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, collect data to monitor progress, and report back to supervisors. You will also provide training to families on implementing individualized treatment plans.

  • Support BCBA with training families
Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Therapist, your key responsibilities include:

  • Working independently and in a team environment
  • Providing individualized treatment to clients
  • Maintaining clear lines of communication with families and supervisors
  • Physically keeping up with clients during sessions
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current/active RBT Certification
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not required)
