Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with over 10 years of experience, adept in both startup and multinational company environments.
In this role, you will partner with our global senior HR counterparts to contribute to CEPRES Global HR initiatives/processes while managing local HR operations.
You will streamline HR processes, ensure compliance, and implement best practices. Your work will be pivotal in aligning HR functions with strategic objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture on both local and global levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations in alignment with Headquarters' directives to support business objectives and impact organizational success.
- Collaborate with Senior HR counterparts across CEPRES offices to ensure the alignment of HR policies and procedures with international standards.
- Provide guidance and maintain accurate/up-to-date employee databases/records, streamline critical HR processes such as leave management and contract administration.
- Lead local recruitment processes and ensure new hires meet organizational standards and integrate smoothly into the company.
- Achieve local recruitment targets while adhering to global recruitment policies/instructions.
- Address employee relations within international and local labor law, drive retention, and foster a positive, equitable workplace culture with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Utilize HR HQ systems and technologies to improve efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Develop effective communication channels to collect employees' feedback and suggest required improvements.
- Coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversee and enhance the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
