Job Description: As a Customer Care Manager at Kärcher Türkiye, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and care.

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company objectives and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key customer service metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Provide input on product development, pricing, and promotions, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on customer service principles, techniques, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Plan and execute customer appreciation events, celebrating milestones and achievements.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of customer service software, SAP, and CRM systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools.
