We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst who works to maximize and continuously improve the customer experience. This role will be critical to analyze, improve and report on the customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Data collection and analysis to analyze and improve the customer experience,
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback,
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience,
- Create metrics to measure and report on customer experience (KPI Assessments),
- Offer solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field,
- At least 2 years of customer experience analysis experience,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Data analysis and reporting skills,
- Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English (is a must),
- A strong understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction,
- Capable of working with foreign experts related to the role and complete the implementations of the best practices if necessary,
- No military service for male applicants.
