We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst who works to maximize and continuously improve the customer experience. This role will be critical to analyze, improve and report on the customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Data collection and analysis to analyze and improve the customer experience,
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback,
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience,
  • Create metrics to measure and report on customer experience (KPI Assessments),
  • Offer solutions to improve the customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field,
  • At least 2 years of customer experience analysis experience,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Data analysis and reporting skills,
  • Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English (is a must),
  • A strong understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction,
  • Capable of working with foreign experts related to the role and complete the implementations of the best practices if necessary,
  • No military service for male applicants.
