At Mondelēz International, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Specialist to join our team.
The primary goal of this role is to improve value and service to customers, while enhancing supply chain efficiency.
You will utilize internal and customer data to optimize plans and support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in CS&L and working with customers.
A key aspect of this role is building collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers.
We are looking for someone who can drive decision making internally and with the customer to maximize service levels and sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods companies and be proficient in SAP knowledge and MS Office.
A strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs is essential for success in this role.
