
Customer Experience Lead

At GoStudent GmbH, we're shaping the future of education by providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Care Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every student receives the support they need to excel.
Your Mission
- You will be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries, supporting them through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Advise GoStudent customers on phone and technical issues, while working together with the Customer Care team to find customer-friendly solutions.
- Process emails, issue invoices, and help customers via live chat.
- You will work closely with the Customer Success Department and our tutors as the interface between them.
- Organize tutoring sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet customer expectations.
What You'll Bring
- A completed prior commercial training and proficiency in Turkish language.
- An extroverted personality, natural communication skills, and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong organizational talents, including structuring tasks, seeing the bigger picture, and maintaining a cool head under pressure.
- A hands-on mentality, high degree of initiative, responsibility, and quick learning of new tasks and multitasking capabilities.
