Vodafone is seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead the development and implementation of digital products/channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and positioning of digital products/channels, as well as overseeing the lifecycle of the product/channel and its features.
Key responsibilities include working across channels to promote and support digital products and services in line with Vodafone's digital strategy, designing, developing, testing, and rolling out journey flows and conversion funnels.
