Job Description:
This senior-level role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success to lead our post-sales strategy and drive the adoption of our AI-powered automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive customer success strategies, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
- Working closely with internal teams to develop effective solutions to problems and drive results through data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
