At Enuygun, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our growing CRM department.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development of innovative CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement across all domains.
- We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Growth, ideally within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- You will design customer journeys across all domains, aiming to improve KPIs both within and across domains.
- You will continuously analyze campaign results and iterate on journey designs accordingly.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and ad-hoc CRM calendar management, with a focus on driving acquisition, retention, and churn win-back strategies.
- You will manage the ad-hoc campaign calendar to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- You will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results to optimize all workflows and ad-hoc campaigns for better performance.
