This luxurious hotel is comprised of four exquisite buildings – three historic and beautifully restored – offering a unique experience to guests.
We strive to deliver luxury service, dedication to our customers, and commitment to our employees. As a member of our high-profile hotel team, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through proactive service recovery and efficient delivery.
- Collaborating with the Guest Experience Team to overcome daily operational challenges.
- Supporting managers in ensuring comprehensive induction programs for new team members and maintaining awareness of Service Principles.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise Room and Front Office revenue through initiatives like room upselling.
- Maintaining accurate inventory control of room availability and allocating rooms according to special requests and preferences.
- Collaborating with Rooms Controller, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure all rooms are ready for occupation and maintained in excellent condition.
- Establishing close guest contact, managing feedback, and ensuring elevated service recovery.
