Enhance Customer Journey
We are seeking a Product Marketing / Customer Insights Manager to join our team at Blueclip. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks to analyze customer behaviors, conducting qualitative research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and running A/B tests to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to analyze customer behaviors, such as visit frequency, browsing patterns, purchase journeys, and more.
  • Conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, to comprehend motivations, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights that enhance the customer journey and boost engagement.
  • Regularly run A/B tests to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze data using SQL and business intelligence tools to identify trends and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to discover growth opportunities.

Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management (consumer-facing platforms), eCommerce/customer insights, or consulting (MBB preferred).
  • Experience in fashion e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Experience running A/B tests and implementing customer-driven improvements.
