About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Global Customer Experience Director to lead our customer service efforts across the globe.

This critical position involves developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy, leveraging insights from data analysis and market research. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive business results and enhance customer loyalty.

  • Design and implement a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Develop and execute metrics-driven strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
