  • As a Video Call Customer Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Working closely with the team leader, you will provide accurate information about KuCoin's products and services, and address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct daily video calls with customers to complete the onboarding process, including identity verification, contract approval, and customer registration, under the coordination of the team leader.
  • Using your strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach, you will prioritize customer satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.
  • You will stay updated on individual products, services, and campaigns to provide precise and reliable information to customers during the video calls.
  • Working in shifts, you will ensure customer declarations are accurately entered into the system during the video call process.
