What You'll Do

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and enhance their visibility on Amazon's platform.
  3. Supply Chain Efficiency: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, defects, and lead times.
  4. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote new products and improve customer engagement.
  5. Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey on Amazon through improved content on product detail pages.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering fields, or Supply Chain.
  • Work Experience: 0-4 years in key accounts management, project management, customer-facing roles, or commercial roles.
  • Key Skills: Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel proficiency required), experience working with large datasets, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
