We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an effective customer experience reporting structure from all customer-related channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer contact channels such as IVR, call center, chatbot, live chat, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking CEX KPIs and analyzing data to provide the customer with a great experience in all areas
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for different teams to support business development
  • Identifying and analyzing customer insights, defining pain points, and taking actions for continuous improvement due to CEX approach and company strategy

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
