Job Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the Customer Success Team responsible for technical relationships with partners using our products and services.
- You will excel in problem-solving and communication skills while working closely with Customer Success Managers.
- You will identify and resolve technical issues, implement solutions for partner requirements, and analyze partner queries to improve their experience.
- You will collaborate with the team to develop innovative products that meet partner needs.
- You will ensure timely responses and adhere to important SLAs.
