Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Manager to join our team at GoStudent GmbH. As a key player in driving revenue and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for optimizing customer retention, consulting with parents and students, handling objections and driving referrals.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a direct impact on business success. You will play a vital role in reducing churn and driving revenue, ensuring that customers stay engaged and satisfied with our services.
Your Responsibilities:
Optimize customer retention by identifying high-risk customers and developing strategies to keep them engaged and excited about GoStudent.
Consult with parents and students to understand their needs and provide guidance to ensure they get the most out of our learning solutions.
Handle objections and develop effective strategies to drive referrals and increase customer loyalty.
Proactively communicate with customers, identify challenges, and find empathetic and goal-oriented solutions.
About You:
- You have very good Polish skills (C1/C2) and can communicate confidently with Polish-speaking parents.
- You have a strong sense of customer needs and always find the right solution.
- You are persuasive, listen actively, find solutions, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in customer support or account management is a plus, as you have experience working with customers and know how to keep them engaged long-term.
- Experience with CRM systems is also a plus, if you have worked with CRM tools before, you are well prepared.
