Empower Transformations: Customer Success Specialist
Your Role
As a Customer Success Specialist at Digitopia, you will be the trusted partner for our customers and global partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our Impact Platform. You will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support for the Impact Platform, including troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.
- Plan and coordinate customer and partner engagements, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Digitopian consultants and partner practitioners.
- Manage performance reporting, user and usage analytics, and deliver actionable insights to customers.
- Actively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, pitching solutions to customers and collaborating with our global sales teams.
- Test new platform releases, offering detailed feedback to our product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, driving initiatives that enhance platform performance and user experience.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or customer support roles.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-On: Not afraid to dive into technical platform support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Skilled in planning engagements, managing documentation, and producing performance reports.
- Commercially Minded: Adept at spotting opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell and collaborating with sales teams to drive value.
- Technologically Proficient: Comfortable with testing software releases, providing feedback, and learning new tools and systems.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset to work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams across functions.
