
Leadership Role in Customer Success

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Information & Technology Management. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Your primary focus will be on leading a team of Customer Success Specialists, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing pricing activities, overseeing local marine operations, and developing talent within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective stakeholder management.
- Lead a team of Customer Success Specialists in Lubricants Direct & Indirect Channel and GKA.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Manage pricing activities for Lubricants Direct & Indirect Channel and GKA.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (certified by TOEFTI, IELTS, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field (Postgraduate degree is advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a team lead role (Experience in the Lubricants sector or in customer operations is beneficial).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required.
