Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate our solutions, addressing their concerns, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Cylana's solutions.
  2. Provide proactive support via email, chat, and calls to resolve client inquiries.
  3. Guide customers through onboarding, training, and product adoption.
  4. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve customer experience.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
  6. Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience in customer success, technical support, or software sales is a plus.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
