Customer Experience Advocate
Vodafone Group is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advocate to join our customer success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and innovative solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
- Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
- Manage customer feedback and postmortems, using insights to inform future strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical multi-discipline management, customer-facing service management, or related field.
- Experience of working within the customer-facing service management area, with a proven track record of driving client retention and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
