We are passionate about creating innovative shopping experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As an Onsite Marketing Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing the Amazon.com.tr shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic onsite marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
  2. Optimize content and features across various product categories and promotional programs
  3. Establish and maintain reporting systems to track and communicate performance results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or program management
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
