Qualifications
- Graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree or higher,
- At least 1 year of experience in customer relations or a related field,
- Proficient in customer experience dynamics, quality, and operational management processes,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Solution and result oriented,
- Strong reporting and analytical skills,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Good command of the English language.
Job Description
- Conduct studies to improve customer service quality,
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction,
- Review and direct customer complaints, identify problems, and implement necessary improvements,
- Monitor roadside assistance and replacement vehicle processes,
- Take action based on feedback from social media and complaint platforms,
- Use systems efficiently, analyze customer expectations, and collaborate with business units,
- Track customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and CES, and develop projects to enhance the customer experience at dealerships.
