We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer relations and providing support to our field service team.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all necessary documentation is in place, closing customer cases when finalized, and providing timely updates to customers.

Your Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or other relevant 4-year programs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a field service or technical service environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English.
