Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position primarily requires working night shifts to accommodate our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account management, transactions, and platform usage.
- Provide accurate information about CoinTR's services, products, and promotions.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and customer service protocols.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is required.
- Availability to work night shifts as part of a hybrid schedule.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus, but not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
