Senior Agent, Customer Service

We seek an experienced Senior Agent to join our Customer Service team, where you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple languages and channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and issues via various communication channels.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address customer complaints and feedback.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services to provide informed support.
  • Escalating unresolved customer issues to senior-level support as directed.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field (finance, customer service, linguistics, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles (translation, interpretation, localization)
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Turkish and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent work style
  • Quick learning capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

In addition to your technical skills, you will also bring:

  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and/or finance-technology industry
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as Zendesk
  • Basic computer skills: MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
