Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with internal and external customers. This includes building and maintaining customer service relations while managing the resolution of on-time delivery, returns, and claim issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided through best practices in order fulfillment.
- Accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and working with the supply chain and sales organizations to maximize results.
- Interface with customer buyers and other functions to enforce sales policies, resolve issues, and align service and financial strategies.
- Collaborate with systems support personnel to optimize the use of SAP throughout the customer service and logistics organization.
- Adhere to Colgate-Palmolive and regulatory guidelines related to quality.
- Develop and execute customer service strategies to support future business growth.
