About This Role

This Technical Support Responsible position is an excellent opportunity to join our IoT team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on using Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions to employees and customers
  2. Solve complex technical issues and ensure prevention measures are in place
  3. Oversee the creation and maintenance of device technical documentation
  4. Evaluate customer needs for new features and supervise their implementation
  5. Coordinate queries and tickets related to Telematic devices
  6. Communicate directly with clients to answer technical questions via conference calls or visits
  7. Conduct quality assurance tasks before delivering solutions to customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Electronics or Mechanics engineering
  2. Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems and IoT technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth) with the ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals
  3. Strong spoken and written English skills
  4. The ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. The capacity to create technical documentation
  7. Prior experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS) and secure Cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) is a significant advantage
  8. Familiarity with ticket-based platforms (Jira, OpenProject, Service Desk) would be beneficial
