We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Peak. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our games worldwide by leveraging your analytical skills and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive player acquisition, engagement and monetization for our mobile games.
  2. Analyze user data, market trends, and competitor insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and video ad networks.
  4. Monitor key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and optimize them for higher performance metrics.
  5. Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies to maximize the performance of our Marketing campaigns.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  7. Team up with Marketing Artists to come up with creative plans by combining a data-driven approach and strong creative skills.
Requirements
  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical capabilities, and experience working with data sets.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and an understanding of the gaming culture is a bonus.
  • Up to 5 years of job experience.
