The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the visual concept of the Milli Piyango online brand, ensuring alignment with our overall brand umbrella and consistency across all digital platforms, including Web, App, and social media.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing all creative assets to ensure the brand's visual identity is appealing, distinctive, and cohesive across all digital touchpoints.
  • Maintaining brand guidelines and tone of voice to guarantee consistent visual design across all digital channels.
  • Establishing communication values and tone of voice for the online brand, prioritizing increased awareness and engagement.
  • Identifying and leveraging mass communication opportunities to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Leading a team of copywriters and graphic designers to create campaigns for all online ATL and BTL channels.
  • Collaborating closely with CVM, Product, and Digital Marketing departments to develop digital assets and implement a coordinated strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital agency, Marketing, or corporate setting.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.
