About the role

As an Activation Trade Marketeer at Reckitt, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities

  1. Contribute to developing the vision and strategy for our brands, elevating our market presence and profitability.
  2. Lead initiatives to enhance product pipelines and fund innovative launches, executing with precision and creativity.
  3. Manage and coordinate daily brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  4. Lead a cross-functional team to carry out strategies for advertising, packaging, and promotions while keeping an eye on operational efficiency.
  5. Handle the marketing budget, monitoring spending to ensure optimal return on investment and brand growth.

The experience we're looking for

  1. Agile digital marketing acumen, with an ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  2. A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
  3. Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
  5. Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health and a proven track record in Brand Management.
  6. Understanding the needs of customers and shoppers alongside with their profile.
  7. Support to analysis of channels/customers position, working together with Sales Team to recommend in-store action aimed at strengthening brands' position within categories.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to provide tools & toolkits for enabling Sales figures of the brand & portfolio.
  9. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost market share and brand growth.
  10. Implement brand activations in alignment with global and local market needs.
  11. Analyse competitor activities and market trends to refine trade marketing strategies.
  12. Track and report on trade marketing effectiveness, optimizing campaigns based on sales data & Nielsen data.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with brand objectives.
  14. Analyse customer data to improve campaign performance and report insights.
