Sales Development Specialist

At BSI, we're looking for a skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and developing relationships in the Aerospace and Defence industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify target lists of new business prospects to contact and develop.
- Provide efficient and effective planning and scheduling of sales and delivery activities to facilitate high-quality environmental, health, and safety services for clients.
- Support the commercial team on data entry, sales planning, customer visits, and workflow changes for clients.
- Make cold calls to target prospects and qualify them for meetings.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in Aerospace and Defence sector certification and training services sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in closing business-to-business sales and winning new customers.
- Demonstrable experience in building accounts in terms of new product development, client development, and other forms of customer engagement.
- Previous professional services sales experience with verifiable target achievement is desirable.
- Experienced in working with a geographically widespread multifunctional team.
