At BSI, we're looking for a skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and developing relationships in the Aerospace and Defence industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify target lists of new business prospects to contact and develop.
  • Provide efficient and effective planning and scheduling of sales and delivery activities to facilitate high-quality environmental, health, and safety services for clients.
  • Support the commercial team on data entry, sales planning, customer visits, and workflow changes for clients.
  • Make cold calls to target prospects and qualify them for meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in Aerospace and Defence sector certification and training services sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in closing business-to-business sales and winning new customers.
Our Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in building accounts in terms of new product development, client development, and other forms of customer engagement.
  • Previous professional services sales experience with verifiable target achievement is desirable.
  • Experienced in working with a geographically widespread multifunctional team.
