Embark on this exciting journey with us We're seeking an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Sales Specialist for our new innovative platform in the privacy industry. The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Sales Manager. He/She is responsible for positioning and promoting all Jurcom services in all markets, all category product life cycles, and strategic sales planning of the group.
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies and plans per service/product.
- Plan and manage selling activities to increase market penetration and market share.
- Responsible for fulfilling sales targets.
- Identify new customers. Prospect for new business via phone, email, and marketing activities.
- Generate sales-qualified leads by following up on inbound leads and collecting account data.
- Update and maintain CRM to keep customer data and interactions accurate.
- Manage business relations with new and existing customers and business partners, making periodic visits and meetings, build relationships with senior levels at key customers, and actively engage in the sales process as required.
- Support and collaborate with Marketing organization to plan sales and commercial actions.
- Ensure adequate reporting and proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and CRM tools (Zoho CRM knowledge is preferred); present daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Management.
- Carry out meetings, presentations, and sales activities with customers regarding projects and services.
- Prepare proposal and contract files, make customer presentations/negotiations, follow up on the requests received by the company, and turn them into sales.
- Based in Turkey
- Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree from the relevant departments of universities.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the field of corporate consultancy, preferably in IRC services.
- Knowledge of training, consulting, certification, auditing, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Experienced in work and time management and tracking with CRM and Project Management software.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs at an advanced level.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to adapt to teamwork and maintain process management in coordination with the team.
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, researcher, follower.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Written and oral presentation skills.
- Male candidates must have completed military service (if applicable).
