They have a design and sales office in London, UK. Cihangir Textile produces collections for various European brands, including Zara, Reiss, Reserved, Next, Mohito, El Corte Ingles, Mint Velvet etc, with a focus on technological production and sustainable efficiency.

Job Description

  • Follow up critical path to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery,
  • Arrange production sample submissions to customer for approval,
  • Maintain strong business relationships with customers for production stages,
  • Manage communications with customers for bulk L/D, strike-off, and fabric approvals,
  • Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process,
  • Merchandising, Production Control, and Order follow-up,
  • Uploading orders to the Coretex system, sharing the orders with the relevant units,

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Merchandising Area,
  • Strong product and material knowladge,
  • Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded,
  • Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines,
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Bachelor's degree in a related fields,
