Role Description
This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in Istanbul for a
B2B Sales Representative (Packaging and Transfer Papers)
.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Canapa's market presence by developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our sustainable product portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new B2B leads in printing and packaging sectors
- Managing and expanding relationships with distributors, converters, and corporate clients
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and partnership terms
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and R&D teams to align customer feedback with product development
- Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably within
packaging, printing, or specialty paper
industries - Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent
customer service
and
relationship-building
abilities - Proficient in
lead generation
, market analysis, and CRM tools - Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in
Turkish and English
(written and spoken) - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade
, or a related field preferred - Passion for
sustainability
and
innovation
in materials science is a strong plus
