Bühler Group in Istanbul, Turkiye is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Service Sales Engineer for our Chocolate Mass, Wafer, and Confectionery business. This position will be responsible to strengthen the company's business in the region, develop the customer base, implement the business strategy and ensure the targets are achieved.

This is where you'll excel

  • Oversee and cultivate the service sector across various segments within the stipulated chocolate and confectionery businesses.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Align and complement market activities together with existing Area Sales/Service Manager in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities and special developments gathered through field activity to the Supervisor.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Ensure that client data in CRM is up to date.
  • Prepare quotation and generates sales leads for equipment/plant business.

These are the skills you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the chocolate and confectionery processing industry, or similar.
  • Fluent communication skills in English & Turkish language.
