About the Company

Defencium Technology is a product and technology development company established to design, develop, model, and produce equipment and components used in the field of personal protective gear and counter-mine measures to meet national and international defense needs. In this context, we are looking for Business Development and Sales Engineers to join our team.

General Qualifications

* Graduated from the faculties of engineering,

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the defense industry,

* Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of a second foreign language is a requirement (preferably Arabic or Russian),

* Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills,

* Familiar with contract literacy and experienced in contract preparation,

* Proactive, result-oriented, team player with strong presentation and communication skills,

* Proficient in MS Office programs,

* Interested in defense technologies and closely following sectoral developments,

* No travel restrictions and able to take active roles in domestic and international assignments,

* Holds a Class B driver's license and is an active driver,

* Completed military service (for male candidates),

* Residing in or able to relocate to İstanbul.

Job Description

* Monitor daily operations and ensure coordination with relevant departments,

* Support the development of domestic and international public/private sector customer portfolios,

* Take part in the coordination of tender, offer, and project processes,

* Support the organization and reporting of fairs, promotional events, technical presentations, and customer visits,

* Communicate with current and potential customers to analyze their needs, share with relevant departments, and report developments,

* Work in coordination with technical teams to contribute to product and service presentations,

* Conduct market research and regularly report sectoral developments,

* Track project and sales processes; record and report business development activities,

* Perform cost analyses and develop actions to improve efficiency,

* Communicate with domestic and international institutions with cooperation potential and contribute to business model creation,

* Contribute to the preparation of company presentations, proposal documents, and corporate materials,
