We're looking for a
Sales & Business Development Team Lead
who can manage the entire sales cycle, strengthen existing partnerships, and turn customer satisfaction into success stories.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and create customized proposals and solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle by engaging with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure project continuity.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Represent and promote Coensio's products and services with an innovative, results-driven approach.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the department.
  • Take an active role in the hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.
  • Analyze team performance and create actionable development plans.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum
    6 years of experience
    in sales, customer management, or business development,
  • Experience in
    technology, SaaS or education services
    sales is a plus,
  • Understanding of software industry dynamics and technical teams,
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills,
  • Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Positive, proactive, and results-driven,
  • A natural team player with proven leadership skills.
