We are looking for a
Learning & Development Manager
for our client, a
well-established organization with a large field and sales network
, undergoing a major transformation in its learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 5 Learning & Development professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive
    training needs analyses
    across departments and store operations.
  • Design and implement annual
    training plans and calendars
    , including internal and external training programs.
  • Manage
    vendor and external trainer selection
    , ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver
    on-the-job training programs
    for store teams and sales staff.
  • Create and deliver engaging
    sales and field training sessions
    tailored to retail performance goals.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.
  • Oversee the learning budget, reporting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    10+ years
    of experience in Learning & Development, with at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    .
  • Proven experience in
    retail, FMCG, or multi-site organizations
    is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of
    training needs analysis, instructional design, and evaluation frameworks
    .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in
    English and Turkish
    (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
