Mobidictum is a leading B2B media, events, and community platform in the games industry. We bring together developers, publishers, investors, and service providers through conferences, mixers, and industry-focused media. Our mission is simple: connect the ecosystem and help the games industry grow.
Role Overview
This is a multi-layered role combining community growth, partnership coordination, public visibility, and speaker communication during event cycles. The Community Manager will manage and scale the Mobidictum Hub, maintain strong industry relationships, support partnership processes, coordinate speaker communication before events, and represent Mobidictum across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and engagement within the Mobidictum Hub.
- Design and execute monthly Hub activities, interactive formats, and community engagement initiatives.
- Produce regular industry-focused content for the Hub (insights, short posts, interviews, Q&As, highlights).
- Host and moderate online community sessions, AMAs, and small group discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with developer communities, associations, partners, and event organizers.
- Identify partnership opportunities, start initial outreach, and coordinate closely with the Sales Executive.
- Maintain an organized and updated partner database with regular communication touchpoints.
- During event preparation cycles, manage all speaker communication: scheduling, onboarding, briefing, information flow, and coordination.
- Support moderation on event stages or partner events when needed.
- Organize and co-host Mobidictum podcast episodes and short-format content when needed.
- Manage social media content ideas and collaborate with the Marketing team for community-driven posts.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align community, partnership, and visibility efforts.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Executive on Hub growth, partner relations, speaker coordination, and key activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the games industry
- Experience in community management, partnerships, content creation, or B2B relationship-building.
- Confident and comfortable being public-facing, moderating, hosting, or speaking when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of industry trends and the broader games ecosystem.
