Dalaman Airport is located on the Turkish Riviera, one of the most attractive tourist regions of Turkey and the Mediterranean, with numerous cultural, sports and entertainment facilities. Dalaman Airport is one of the busiest airports in Turkey, especially during the summer months, with terminals with a capacity of 17,500,000 passengers, addressing the region covering Datça, Marmaris, Göcek, Dalyan, Sarıgerme, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Kalkan and Kaş, which are the most important points on Turkey's touristic coastline.

The airport has two terminals, one domestic and one international, with capacity for sustainable and environmentally friendly projects in Turkey. It is also the airport that hosts the world's largest renewable energy plant project.

YDA Dalaman Airport shareholders are Ferrovial Airports (60% of the Shares) & YDA Construction Industry and Trade Inc. (40%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with all company departments to ensure alignment in route development initiatives.

· Establish strategic relationships with external companies and individuals to support growth objectives.

· Manage marketing and promotional activities to attract new routes and airlines.

· Conduct industry research to identify opportunities for passenger growth.

· Perform market analysis to identify new business areas and route opportunities.

· Monitor developments in sales and marketing approaches and conduct feasibility studies for new routes.

· Visit airlines and tour operators to negotiate and implement strategies aimed at increasing passenger numbers.

· Analyze international tourism trends and forecast market developments to stay ahead of industry changes.

· Report data on airlines operating at other airports in Turkiye to the Director of Revenues.

· Document and report all business meetings to the Director of Revenues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Strategic Thinking & Market Analysis: Ability to identify trends and develop actionable strategies.

· Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled in influencing stakeholders and securing agreements.

· Relationship Management: Strong networking and partnership-building capabilities.

· Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data and conducting feasibility studies.

· Excellent Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

· Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, competitive environment.

· Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry.

· Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Russian is highly desirable.

· Strong analytical ability, result-oriented mindset, and planning skills.

· Comprehensive aviation sector knowledge and experience.

· Proven track record in market research and airline negotiations.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools.
